it was 8pm and khushi came down the big spiral stair case, as she came out of her room she was escorted by a women down to the reception, where she saw her handsome husband waiting for he, he was wearing a black suit and was looking as handsome as ever, as she descended from the stairs arnav couldn’t take his eyes of her she looked beautiful in that gown just like a princess, her skin glowed and shined her red lips had the most magical smile on them , while that dress fell over her body so perfectly as she came closer to him he let his hand out and she caught it, and he pulled her close to towards him, he smiled and said

arnav: you look wonderful in that dress

khushi blushed and then the manager proceeded towards them and said

Manager: sir your ride is here

Arnav nodded and escorted khushi out as she walked out she looked at the ride and she was in shock her jaws fell her eyes popped as wide as saucers, as she saw an open aired carriage in front of her, it had the foot men and the driver and horses it was like a fairy tale he saw his wife and chuckled seeing her reaction and then said

Arnav: I hope u like it

Khushi: like it, arnav what is this

Arnav: a carriage which is going to drop us to the ball

Khushi: I know I just can’t believe it it’s like a fairy tail, I feel like a fairy tail right now

Arnav laughed at her innocence and her comparison, and then said

Arnav: should we go

Khushi nodded as the foot men opened the carriage door and she climbed in and arnav followed, they got in and drove off onto the streets of Paris

As they entered the ball, people were escorted in arnav let his hand out and khushi held it and they went inside they were announced by the gate men as they arrived and went down to where the party was held, it was a grand party and a exquisite one, with all the most renown business men and politicians, and off corse their charming wives, as arnav introduced her to all the people present they laughed and had wine and spoke about world peace and business, then the host of the party announced a couples dance, khushi and arnav got on the floor and started to dance as the crowed complimented the couples, as arnav danced with khushi he saw that she was a bit aloof and a bit out of place it was so unlike her he knew she loved to dance and they created magic on the floor but today it seemed different and so he asked

Arnav: your not having fun (he said in a low tone)

Khushi: (looked at him and then said) oh no I am (she smiled)

Arnav: look into my eyes and tell me that (he said firmly)

Khushi tried to look into his eyes but she couldn’t lie and so she said

Khushi: its just that.. (she paused and then said) its…. (she didn’t want to make him feel bad)

Arnav: (understood and then took a deep breath and said) boring

She looked at him and nodded and then arnav smiled inwards and then held her hand and said

Arnav: come with me

Khushi: where

Arnav: just come

He took her out from the back gate and then got into a cab an confused khushi looked at him all lost and asked

Arnav: where are we going arnav

Khushi: a place where u will really enjoy come on

They got out of the cab and walked a bit ahead and were in front of a night club khushi was shocked

Arnav: I know u will enjoy here more its more u (he smiled)

Khushi: but how can I go in like this I mean I am not dressed and ur in a this formal suit

Arnav: I think I can take care of that as well come with me

He dragged khushi to a near by ally and they kneeled down khushi was all muddled up and so she asked

Khushi: what are u doing

Arnav took the end of her gown and ripped it off and she screamed in shock

Khushi: arnav!! What wrong with u

He got up and then pointed back down and khushi’s jaws were open as she saw her dress, the baby blue gown had be ripped and been made into a sexy short dress a little above her knee, he then removed his caught off and then loosened his shirt and tucked it, he rolled up the sleeves and undid his hair and spiked it and then said

Arnav: I think this should do it

Khushi: (chuckled at him and then said) your absolutely mad

He laughed at her and then they entered the night club, khushi was so happy she danced and danced and she danced with her husband, the magic had returned and the smile never vanished,

That night arnav realized that no matter how much he tried to make khushi enjoy the rich things in life she would always land up going back to her usual chilled out simple self, she was a girl who was simple at heart who believed in god who enjoyed the simple free flowing of dancing compared to all the perfect ball dancing, khushi could never be a perfect rich wife she was the one who enjoyed going clubbing sitting with friends eating jalebi and street food, that was his khushi, he was glad that she was like that
